Bruno Mars at Tauron Arena Kraków

Party Time!
His real name is Peter Hernández and he was born in Hawaii in 1985. His moniker Bruno Mars combines the name of an Italian wrestler and the Red Planet. Describing his high school days, the vocalist says, “I felt like I didn’t have [any] pizzazz, and a lot of girls say I’m out of this world.” Today, this successor to Michael Jackson (as he has been described) certainly has no difficulties with attracting the opposite sex, and he is pretty nifty with hits which he writes, composes and produces himself.
Six months ago he released his third studio album 24K Magic. Perhaps it’s not quite up there with his earlier Uptown Funk or Locked Out of Heaven, but the nine funk and R&B tracks are an excellent remedy to the grey reality around us. The titular single promises boundless entertainment, 1980s and 1990s-style. Bruno Mars’s carefree delivery is as pure as the gold he enjoys wearing. And he’s hardly got any cause for complaint these days! He’s also well-known for his live performances, so we can expect to party party party at Tauron Arena Kraków on 27 May.
