Cirque du Soleil in a stunning new light Inspired by James Cameron’s Avatar, Cirque du Soleil transports you to the world of Pandora in a visually stunning live setting. Experience a storytelling odyssey through a new world of imagination, discovery and possibility.
Full Enchantment
Breathtaking circus displays instead of special effects; real-life, captivating stage sets instead of CGI… Cirque du Soleil seems to have taken a shine to our city: the artists are returning to Kraków just a year since their previous visit, this time bringing TORUK – The First Flight to Tauron Arena Kraków between 6 and 10 March.
Each performance by the world’s most famous animal-free circus stirs powerful emotions. And it’s no wonder: 35 years ago, two street artists from Canada – Guy Laliberté and Gilles Ste-Croix – changed the image of circus arts forever. The great success of their troupe made Laliberté one of the wealthiest and most influential people of the cultural world. Six years ago, he even took a trip to space, becoming the first ever extraterrestrial clown. The imagination of directors and stage designers and the audacity of the entire team and their almost superhuman skills are all trademarks of this acclaimed entertainment company.
This time, Cirque du Soleil presents a spectacle inspired by James Cameron’s record-breaking film Avatar and takes the audience to the magical, fairytale land of Pandora. The dazzling scenery provides the perfect setting for the adventures of two boys from the Omaticaya Clan and their young friend Tsyal. Together they go on a perilous journey to find the mythical Toruk and save the sacred Hometree, worshipped by the peaceful, nature-loving Na’vi. Ready for a great dose of enchantment?
