The Academy of Music in Kraków kindly informs that all cultural events held by the Academy between 12 March and 15 April has been canceled over growing concerns related to the coronavirus outbreak.
Armenian folk songs, the month of October, lively fandango and the Moon climbing up to the night sky – how do they sound like? Find out at the concert by the Wind Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Kraków!
The concert on 14 March will be led by a student conductor Krzysztof Madziar as his diploma concert. On 15 March the baton will be taken by Jarosław Ignaszak.

The Academy of Music in Kraków invites music-lovers to concerts of its students – soloists, and orchestras (symphony, baroque, chamber, and brass), and also by its eminent lecturers.
The Academy of Music in Kraków is one of the oldest and most important centres for musical and artistic education in Poland. Its students – soloists, and symphony, baroque, chamber and brass orchestras, as well as eminent lecturers can be admired during the numerous concerts in the main seat of the Academy (ul. św. Tomasza 43) and in the Florianka Music Hall (ul. Basztowa 8): a grand concert hall with elegant, neoclassical decor.
The full spectrum of activity of the Kraków Academy of Music includes congresses, symposiums, and regular music festivals including the Days of Bach, Kraków Cello Spring, and the International Flute Competition.
