25th Bach Days (online)
Sunday, March 21, 2021, 6:00 PM
These days everything is on the Internet, including the Bach Days! The state-of-the-art technology comes the early music to the rescue by offering a way of reaching the audiences. Students and lecturers of the Academy of Music in Kraków welcome us to six solo and chamber concerts featuring music by the main figure of the event – Johann Sebastian Bach, as well as his contemporaries (Corelli, Telemann) and members of the family (his son C.P.E. Bach).
The guest of this year’s edition of the Bach Days will be an excellent Norwegian harpsichordist Ketil Haugsand presenting the iconic Bach’s Goldberg Variations BWV 988.
