Kraków’s oldest university of technology opens its collection to the visitor
The AGH University of Science and Technology was set up as the Mining Academy in Kraków in 1919, and just a year later began to gather its geological collection. The geological and palaeontological (including a reconstruction of a great tarbosaurus) exhibitions are presented in the generally accessible spaces of the main building of the University: in the main hall and its spacious corridors.
