30th International Film Festival Etiuda&Anima
Tuesday, November 21, 2023 - Sunday, November 26, 2023
As usual, the main element of the 30th International Etiuda & Anima Film Festival will be two international competitions – for student etudes and artistic animations.
This year’s event also abounds with components marking the anniversary: special guests include Agnieszka Smoczyńska, Mateusz Głowacki, Sophie Linnenbaum, Paulina Ziółkowska and Lucija Mrzljak. The Self-Portraits of Animation Artists section features a meeting with last-year’s winner Priit Tender and a review of his works. The annual Top Ten of Etiuda & Anima presents productions awarded at three festival competitions in recent years and selected by the organisers. We will also see feature-length animations: No Dogs or Italians Allowed (dir. Alain Ughetto), Aurora’s Sunrise (dir. Inna Sahakyan) and Saules aveugles, femme endormie (dir. Pierre Földes).
