This year's edition of the Krakow Dance Festival is held under the motto "Close-up View". Plays, performances, workshops, an exhibition, meetings with artists and a meeting in the meadow will always be a close and careful observation of our reality. We will look through Hopper’s glasses in Rooms by the sea, see the world from the perspective of an insect (Insectum In..Krakow), experience the 'self-feeling from within' of a pregnant woman (Bliss), explore the theme of menopause (When the Bleeding Stops), enter the performative archive of a female bond (Sculptresses), engage in stage play with the artists in visible and hidden connections between movement, sound and image (MOS) and look around through the eyes of a child (The Amazing World of the Cloud). The international (Czech Republic, Greece, Israel, Iceland) event is organised by the Kraków Choreographic Centre operating at the Nowa Huta Cultural Centre, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
