Polish Aviators’ Park
między al. Jana Pawła II i al. Pokoju
Set up in 1966, the park was to separate the city of Kraków from the steel mills of nearby Nowa Huta. A popular place for walks and bicycle rides, this expanse covers approximately 60 ha (150 acres), boasting playgrounds, basketball courts, cycle paths, and the Garden of Experiences. Standing in the vicinity is the Tauron Arena Kraków, while the Polish Aviation Museum with its vast open-air exhibition is situated on the other side of al. Jana Pawła II.
