The InfoKraków Sukiennice is situated in the most characteristic place in Kraków – in the middle of  Market Square. You’ll be immersed in Kraków’s unique atmosphere as soon as you enter the Information Point, as it is located in the erected in the fourteenth century Cloth Hall. The Information Point, open throughout the year, provides practical information about the city, as well as numerous attractions in the Małopolska region. The Point offers assistance in booking tours around Kraków and sells tickets for day trips to the most interesting places in the region. In addition, as Kraków is famed as a city of culture, we help tourists find themselves among Kraków’s numerous festivals and other cultural events. A broad selection of maps, guide books and folders is available, both free and for a fee. We also sell Cracovian souvenirs, such as mugs, magnets and handicraft. 

The InfoKraków Point is accessible for tourists with physical disabilities.
